You can access your transaction page here.
In this section, you will find a list of the transactions created with their status:
You can create a refund of a completed transaction by accesing the transaction details (clicking on the three dots on the right).
For more information on refunds please refer to the following section:

Transaction status:

Pending: The transaction was created, but the customer has not yet completed the payment.
Completed: The payment was completed and the amount assigned to your balance.
Cancelled: The transaction was cancelled by the customer or expired before the customer made the payment.
Rejected: It was not possible to process the payment due to an error in the information provided, because it was blocked by our fraud prevention system or for some other reason.
For bank transfers and cash payments, it may take up to 48 business hours to complete the payment, depending on the payment method and country.


It is possible to filter the list of transactions to obtain a more specific view:

In addition, it is possible to download transactions to a CSV file for later reconciliation with another system or for what's needed. To download, just click the following button:
Clicking on the button will display a menu that allows you to select a range of dates and optionally, also filter by status and country.
