No, you only need to have a registered company and a bank account in your local country. For example, if you are in Mexico and want to receive payments from Mexico, Colombia and Brazil, you only need to have a registered company and a bank account in Mexico.

We have security controls and perform risk analysis on all transactions that are processed to ensure that everything happens in a secure and reliable way. Yes, we offer installment payments for card payments.
When you create a card payment in installments, you will receive the full amount of the payment, with no risk involved.
There is no fixed cost for the use of the platform and no maintenance fee.
The commissions per completed transaction depend on the payment method and country of the customer making the payment. You can find the details of our commissions here.
There is no fee for settlements over USD 10 (or its equivalent in local currency). For settlements under USD 10, a processing fee of USD 1 (or local currency equivalent) is charged.
The time between your customer making the payment and seeing it reflected in your account depends on the payment method used and the country. In the case of credit and debit cards, the payment is reflected in a few minutes. For bank transfers and cash payments, it can take up to 48 business hours depending on the payment method and country.
Funds corresponding to completed transactions made through bank transfers and vouchers can be withdrawn after 3 days. Funds corresponding to card transactions can be withdrawn after 7 days.
Because withdrawals must be processed during banking hours, it can take up to 48 business hours for the bank to process a withdrawal and for the money to be reflected in your bank account balance.
There are no limits per transaction. Once you complete step 1 of your account setup, you will be able to process up to USD 3,000. Once step 2 is completed, you will be able to process unlimited payments.
The minimum amount per transaction is 1 USD, or the equivalent on local currency.
First check if the data entered are correct (email and password). If you do not remember your password, you can reset your password. If this does not solve the problem, it may be an automatic block for not complying with our terms and conditions. If so, the account will be reviewed by our Compliance team.
Possible causes for automatic blocking:
- Creating more than one account for the same person or business.
- Making transactions that do not correspond to the declared industry or business.
To withdraw your money, you must have an available balance and have completed the step 2 of your account setup.
No, payment links are single use only. You can create a payment link for each customer, or use our payment button.
No, settlements at dLocal Go are always in local currency.
This may be due to an incorrect entry in the "Bank account number" field. The international bank account number should be entered in that field. For example:
- CCI in Peru
- CBU/CVU in Argentina
- CLABE in Mexico
